About

Kati Collective is a different sort of global consultancy. We are not a large global firm for whom this work is but a small part of the overall mission and portfolio. We are small, focused, and nimble: we exist because we believe the lives of women and girls will be positively impacted by collective, purposeful actions.

For each client engagement, Founder and CEO Kirsten Gagnaire builds a highly skilled team of consultants to complement your specific project and goals. This model enables Kati Collective to stay lean and deliver the most cost-effective and targeted work for our clients. Our frequent collaborators are global experts who have specific skill sets and experience at the intersection of digital health; maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health (MNCAH); global stakeholder management; strategy implementation; and private sector engagement.

Hailing from both the global north and the global south, we are all steeped in a deep understanding of the health-related sustainable development goals and the work of Every Woman Every Child framework, having led and worked in organizations aligned with this work.

Kati Collective provides our clients with perspective and experience, as well as the strategies and tools needed to improve outcomes for women on a global scale.
i stand
on the sacrifices
of a million women before me
thinking
what can i do
to make this mountain taller
so the women after me
can see farther

Brooke focuses her work on the intersection of global health, digital technology, and gender issues. She strongly believes in digital human rights and in an individual’s right to protect their personal information as they navigate health systems and receive care. In much of her practice, she centers women and girls, particularly regarding their access to reproductive and maternal health. She also has many years of experience providing strategic direction to organizations that are dedicated to increasing health care access to prevent infectious disease.

Brooke previously worked at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and for Mobile Alliance for Maternal Action (MAMA) at the United Nations.
